During my recent stay at Royal View, I was absolutely delighted by the exceptional service provided to my elderly parents. The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a studio with a kitchenette and microwave, making it convenient for us to heat up meals for my parents. Additionally, the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful environment for their well-deserved rest, allowing them to enjoy uninterrupted sleep without any disturbances. The spacious gym and swimming pool were easily accessible and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for them to unwind.Moreover, the air conditioning in the room was superb, allowing us to set the temperature to their liking and ensure they were comfortable throughout our stay. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment options for my parents, while the electric kettle in the room allowed us to prepare hot beverages for them at any time. Royal View truly exceeded my expectations with its thoughtful amenities and excellent service, making our family's stay truly memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in Hong Kong.
